Melanie hails from the Mapua Institute of Technology and was the 2005 Architecture Graduating Class Rank 9.
Her experience in both the Philippines and the UAE evolved around shopping malls & the delivery of retail shops in the Middle East & India.
In 2015, she was heavily involved in the preparation of the Lease Outline Drawings of Mall of Qatar. Other projects she was involved in included Yas Mall, The Galleria, Maker Maxity Shopping Centre Mumbai, Lulu Group, Cityland Mall, Khalifa City Mall, Project Aqua, Sharjah Cooperative Al Rahmania Mall and Lulu Global Mall Bengaluru.
She was the author and developer of all the Design Criteria Manuals and Technical Criteria Manuals produced by Vindico from 2015 up to the present with the most recent one being for Lulu Global Mall in Bengaluru. She pioneered the evolution of Design Criteria Manuals from the traditional print versions to the online & web page versions.
